Q.How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period is 4 days / 3 nights. We deliver the item two days before your wear date, and you return it the day after use. Please contact us for longer rentals.
Q.How many days in advance should I reserve?
Please place your order at least 10 days before your use date.
Q.What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees are as follows.

Q.What if I cannot wear the item due to illness or weather?
After shipment, cancellations, refunds, and date changes are not accepted regardless of whether the item is worn. Before shipment, date changes may be possible up to 10 days before the wear date.
Q.What payment methods are available?
Payment is accepted by bank transfer.
Q.Is there an extra shipping fee for Hokkaido, Okinawa, or remote islands?
These areas are not included in free round-trip shipping. A 2,000 yen round-trip shipping fee applies.
Q.Do I need to wash or dry-clean the item before returning it?
No. Please return it as it is. If there is any stain, please note it on the return checklist.
Q.What should I do if I stain the item?
Please do not wash, rub, or treat the stain. Return the item as it is. If it gets wet, gently absorb moisture with a cloth.
