- Rental Period
- 4 days / 3 nights. Please return the item the day after use.
- Cancellation Fee
- 12 to 4 days before the wear date: 50% of the product price
3 days before to the day of use: 100% of the product price - Cancellation / Date Changes
- After shipment, cancellations, refunds, and date changes are not accepted regardless of whether the item is worn. Before shipment, please contact us about date changes up to 11 days before the wear date.
- Returns / Defective Items
- Because these are rental items, returns for customer convenience are not accepted. If the item is defective or differs from your order, please contact us immediately.
- Return
- Please return the item on the day after use using the enclosed return slip. Cleaning is not required.
